I placed an order with Smith & Noble for the purchase of 5 roller blinds. After the sales person let me know of a 2 week delivery, she ended up putting 3 weeks in the contract. After 2 weeks since submitting the order, I was then notified of an additional week delay! It's now the date of the delayed delivery and I called to check up on the status of my shades - another 3 week delay!!! It's going to be almost 2 months since placing an order with this company to POTENTIALLY receive the shades. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! A company prepared to significantly not deliver on promises AND to treat their customers poorly does not deserve our business!!!
