I initially went to Dr. Grillon for a consultation for upper and lower jaw surgery after referral from my orthodontist. Dr. Grillon was extremely helpful in explaining the procedure to me. He answered all my questions at length and went through the risks and benefits with me. At the hospital, Dr. Grillon and his medical staff provided excellent service and care. At the office, Dr. Grillon's staff has always been helpful and pleasant. They are extremely efficient. The first time I contacted the office to inquire about surgery, Celeste contacted the insurance company (PHCS) and got back to me within an hour confirming my insurance company would cover the procedure. Dr. Grillon is one of the most punctual doctors I have worked with. All my appointments were on time and efficient. I am extremely satisfied with the results of my surgery and highly recommend Dr. Grillon.?
