Finally our basement is usable again and I can do LAUNDRY at home! The drains in the laundry room and bathroom needed to be snaked and cleaned. What a nasty, smelly job, but through it all, Roto-Rooter plumber, Marvin, was very thorough and very cordial. He explained everything to us and did not rush through the job. Marvin made our basement smell good again! We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Marvin. Even with the snowy conditions outside, Marvin was here within an hour of our call to Roto-Rooter. We are very, very pleased. Thank you Roto-Rooter and a special Thank you to Marvin.
