Pep Boys is a national chain, however the Pep Boys in Cranberry Township should be called Pit Boys. Not only are the customer service reps. cool and uncaring but the service is unreliable at best. They do have a nice website that offers valuable information about the products & services they offer.
Their location is easy to find.
