I haven’t use Modern Diaper Service personally – I ended up deciding to wash our cloth diapers myself – but researched diaper services in the DC area and found that Modern Diaper was consistently recommended highly, both in terms of service and cost. And with velcro covers (rather than pins) and liners (to catch #2), doing cloth diapers is NOT as bad as people think – even with a diaper service, it’s still more cost-effective than disposable diapers, and better for the environment!.
