I live in the South Bay and I have been to the Dolphin on three different occasions, and wonder why I returned, the service is very bad if you are not a "regular."
I even walked out to the patio on my last visit where they were "trying" to cook hamburgers, I tried to strike-up a conversation and only recieved little more than yes and no answers, I felt that I was intuding.
If they plan on expanding, they will have to implement a new policy with there employees to welcome new customers and help them feel comfortable if they plan on increasing there customer base. three strikes and your out, I will drive north to WeHo
