Review content:
I have had nothing but poor customer service at Copps on Junction Rd. in Madison, WI. Every time I go into the store I have issues with the prices and no one cares and people are really rude to me at the customer service desk and act like I am bothering them when I need their help. On the other hand the Diana in the floral department is wonderful, helpful and great at her job. She always helps me and makes the best floral arrangements in town.
