When I was looking for my van, this was the first dealership I had visited. They had a better selection with respect to color and options than the other Honda dealerships in the area. I did not like that sealcoat/undercoat was not an option, it was standard on all vans.
I also did not buy from them because they did not have a clearcut plan if your car was in for service. My salesperson said he would personally find me a loaner car and/or drive me home but I didn't want to be dependent on a salesperson in case he left the dealership.
