Review content:
Myers bought out Wears Kahn McMenamy in September 2008. The owners of the buildings are cheapskates who don't take responsibility for anything. The apartment buildings have no security, mailboxes are crappy, and you have to withhold rent to get them to do anything. Windows are falling apart and drafty. Supposedly there are no pets but tenants have dogs and cats and the lobbies smell bad. The buildings managed by Myers bring down the quality of the neighborhood.
