On June 20, 2009 my wife and I traveled out to Alan's Factory Outlet in Hughesville, MD and purchased a 10'x14' Dutch Barn shed from Alan (I believe the owner) and put down a 50% deposit on our credit card. We were told at the time that business had been slow and that we would be able to get our shed with in 3 weeks from that date. The invoice in fact states "3 weeks or sooner". We unfortunately had the same experience as the previous reviewer in that we called and called with no answer and no response to messages. It is now 8 weeks later and we still have no shed and still no answer of when it will arrive. We finally got to talk with Ron, the vice president (so he claimed) who justified by saying that their office manager had some how done terrible harm to the business and messed up orders/payments. He promised 3 times (4 weeks after the original delivery promise) it would be delivered. Now he will not refund out deposit! BUYER BEWARE!!!
