the place sucks, I had black mold in my apartment for a year, my ceiling finally collapsed and until the day before the health dept came to inspect they did nothing to help me, they let me stay in the display, IT HAD MOLD TOO...there must be a plumbing problem for all the mold in the place...they are jerks, they finally put drywall up and patched the ceiling leaving the mold to grow in there and cover the evidence, i was hospitalized from being so sick from mold...I called my renters ins to get somewhere else to stay since they wouldn't help and the mgr lied to my ins agent and told him the mold was fixed..CAN WE SAY FELONY?
