Review content:
New owner needs a course in customer relations! This is not the same Wishing Well that we all knew and loved. Horrible service and NOTHING for the money. Today I went in for a mixed cut flower bouquet with a $35. dollar budget and was handed a cheap, wilted, pathetic looking arrangement that made Shoprite's flowers look incredible. When I politely expressed my concerns I was rudely told to GO to Shoprite if I wasn't happy. My mouth dropped in disbelief as I expressed that I was a customer for years and used to a certain quality and quantity for $35.00. She couldn't have cared less. She offered no compromise, no suggestions, no care or concern that she was about to lose a customer! I expect to see a for sale sign hanging in the very near future.
