This place deserve no star, I've heard a lot of gossip about the Watergate Salon but never thought much of it, I go there for manicures sometimes but lately I started going for my hair as well; Kate was highly recommended by a friend of mine, a very nice European trained hairstylist, very professional & friendly, who had made me very happy with my hair, color & cut. It was the best service I've had in the longest time since I moved to the DC area. unfortunately I've heard today that my favorite hairstylist is no longer at the salon, my friend has witnessed the most obscene & unprofessional behavior from the owner CLAUDIA toward Kate while working on a customer, this is a very low class behavior, I came to a conclusion that all i've previously heard is true & real. My friend & I will never go back to that place, I hope to hear from Kate soon & relocate with her. Please be aware of the Watergate Salon :((
