I recently purchased two beautiful chest of drawers from Plummers. The salesman David was very helpful. He even took my order over the phone as I had to go home and take measurements once I had the dimensions of the dressers. However, I was told that the delivery time could be between something like 10am and 5pm. I set the date for delivery and was told that the delivery person would contact me to set up a time that would work for me. When the delivery person contacted me, he stated that the delivery time was set for between noon and 1. I then stated that the hours of between 4 and 5 would work for me because I work during the day. He then stated rudely that he "wasn't going to be out til 5" and that I should reschedule for another day. I'm sorry, is my pesky request that you perform the service for which I have paid and inconvenience to you? So now I am stuck waiting until this mover guy can squeeze me into his schedule. I didn't pay to be treated like this and what is the point of wasting my time setting up a scheduled delivery date. I am hating this experience and because of this delivery person I will never again shop with Plummers and will direct everyone I know to do the same. Until they get a delivery service that provides better customer service I'm done with Plummers.
