Good: This store has a large selection of children's clothing, toys, furniture, and equipment (e.g., strollers, wipe warmers, cribs, play-yards, etc.).. Bad: Be sure to ask whether all the parts are included with an item. I purchased a stroller, and upon getting home and downloading the instructions for the stroller, I discovered there was a part missing (the bar to attach infant seat). I called the store and was told they had priced the stroller accordingly. However, there was no way for me to know that - and now I can't use the stroller for the next few months. They offered to buy the stroller back from me at 60% less than what I paid one day earlier!. Improvements: The store should make a notation if they have reduced the price of an item because there are defects or parts missing. Otherwise, there is no way for the customer to know how they normally price the item, versus how they are pricing it 'accordingly'. Therefore, the customer cannot make an informed decision regarding the value/price of the item.. Other: They will buy very few items - even brand new, brand-name clothing! I found it a waste of time to wash and fold all of my kids' clothing because they would only accept maybe 3 to 5 percent of the items I brought in. Given the stroller incident described above, I do not plan to return to this store..
