Review content:
Had a bad experience boarding a cat at PetsHotel. They told us (it's in their promotional video too) that they could handle giving him a medication twice a day. When we dropped him off, they made a big deal out of it, "Oh no, not another kitty that needs a pill, we couldn't get the other cat to take his meds." Then, they called saying they could not do it less than 12 hours into a one week stay. Luckily, I was still in town and could come get the cat, who was extremely stressed and freaked out.
When I picked him up, it was 8 pm on a Saturday, so there were basically no options - I had to change my plans. We called a month in advance to see if they could take care of this cat, and it was pretty well a disaster. If they would have told us in the first place that they could not handle it, then we would have made other arrangements.
I think that someone gave us the party line when we called in advance, "No problem" but then the Saturday evening night crew could not deal with it.
