The staff here is wonderful, from the vets to the techs. The previous commenter sounds like a sour puss. The parrot in the waiting room is very friendly and rarely makes loud noises but will at times TALK to you. I've also never heard them play music there so I have no clue what she means with that.
My whole family uses this office and the few times we've had to go to other vets have always regretted it. Other vets have never been as kind, thorough and considerate as Town and Country. They go over ever possible problem with you and offer not only good solutions but honest opinions when asked if it were their pet what they would do. During the sad moments we've had to put a pet to sleep they've been so supportive and sympathetic. The staff even cried with us when we had to put our last dog down.
They are very reasonable price wise and during poorer times have been super helpful in working out payment plans with us to make sure we can get our animals treated. If you ever have a problem the vet techs are more than happy to talk to you over the phone and offer advice, comfort or reassurance.
I highly HIGHLY recommend Town and Country, especially Dr. Andrew, for your pets. I will never go anywhere else.
