I got my hair done with Tatsuya who is the 2nd level expert. He is no expert at all. He could not do the hairstyle I showed in a picture and it was the easiest thing to do - BANGS! And on top of all that, they charged me $80!!!! Stay away from this place!!! Don't believe the good things on this review. It's most likely written by the people who work there.
