My children like the office. There is a large waiting room with a fish tank and a chalk board that keeps them busy but I don't think we've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes. They always squeeze us in for illnesses and can generally get us in quickly for annual exams. The nurses and staff are friendly.
I brought my child in for something that I didn't think was major but it ended up being major. Dr.Robertson got us preregistered for Children's Hospital so we didn't have much of a wait when we got there. The specialists there even commented on what a great job she did getting all of the information over and getting the tests that she could in the office. I highly recommend her in particular.
