I have a background in Corporate (was an Executive for a large company), so I am familiar with how a company and their employees should treat customers. This place is the worst business I have ever been to. We have a small company that we just started, so need their oils. The quality of their Essential oils is poor. One was rancid (didnt dare return it). They are rude and accusatory (we have an LLC so they told me my "Name" wasn't even on the business license and they were not going to sell to me at wholesale. By the way, LLC's DON'T have your personal name on the license). Forget about asking any questions about products-they act too inconvenienced to be bothered. I am tempted to start another compnay selling oils as these people at Zenith obviously just dont get it.
