Review content:
It started when my truck didnt start one morning so i had to get a tow to the nearest shop which was purrfect auto service on nellis and charleston. The truck got there at 8:30am and they never called to tell me anything,I called at noon to find out whats wrong and they said that there tow truck guy started it up and took it off the tow truck and parked it. So they were waiting and I quote "till it cooled down" and that there was one car ahead of me getting a diagnosis and my car was next so they would let me know then. I didnt hear from them and they close at 5:00pm so I called at 4:30pm and then they told me that they're just getting it diagnosed and if i wanted i can come pick it up because it was running! I said to diagnose it and fix what the problem was so it doesnt happen again. duhhhh! Well the next day they finally call at 11:00am thats right 3 hours after they open! and proceed to tell me i need a tune up, the plugs were fouled because of my air dam was leaking and flooding them out and thats why it didnt start. They also said to get a tranny, service, oil change an EFI service and tbi cleaning, but those were "just maintenance suggestions". So I had them do the plugs and call me when they were done. Well what do you know, no call. I tried to call them from 3:00pm to 4:30pm but they're phone was off the hook. So I pull in and ask about my car and if they had it done and had to wait 10 minutes just to get that answer. They said they changed the plugs and it was done so they printed out the bill and here comes the fun part.

These prople are the most unprofessional, lazy, disorganized idiots I have ever come acrossed in the mechanic field!
