Businiess name:  Magnolia Car Wash

Review content:
Being the closest car wash to where I live, I went to Magnolia Car Wash numerous times before finally getting tired of the constant problems. It's a total pump and dump operation... they have "salesmen" at the front end who try to upsell their services; as soon as they've got your money, they crack the whip on their employees and try to get you out as fast as possible. Some of the problems I've had include (numerous times!) areas of the car not being washed, large amounts of wax being left on the car, the interior looking just as dirty as when it came in, and, worst of all, a shampoo job in which they laid down the shampoo but didn't suck it up. That's right, they left the shampoo in the carpet and threw the floor covers on top. The next morning I noticed bubbles coming out from underneath the floor covers, so I went back and asked them re-do the job. THREE employees in a row said "No, no, everything is fine, you just need to let it air out!" I told them (truthfully) that I had cleaned carpets when younger, so I knew excess (to say the least) carpet shampoo when I saw it. Finally, I got ahold of the manager and asked him if he thought it was a coincidence that the rushed job happened right around closing time (wouldn't have wanted the employees to stay the extra five minutes to finish the job!)... he had them re-do the job. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is that they never permanently damaged my car. Otherwise, this is the worst (and not inexpensive, either) car wash I've ever been to.
