These guys know what customer service is all about.
Recently our AC unit broke. We called RS Andrews and they were there the next day for estimates and installation was the very next day. They did a fabulous job, working all day to get the job done. They were courteous and hard working.
It was muddy outside and they took the time to place sheets everywhere they would be walking and used shoe covers while inside the house. GET THIS, after the job was done, one of the guys asked me for my vacuum cleaner so he could vacuum the carpets!!!
In addition, a supervisor just stop by. He made it a habit to visit all the sites that his guys were working at, making sure everything was going as planned.
We had opportunity to call them again shortly after that, turns out a rat got into the crawl space and chewed a wire. They came the same day and fixed the problem right away!!
In summary, fast response, and really great service!
