I have known the owners for 22 years and personally attest to the fact that they use only the best quality ingredients in all their food. Whether you order the sensational Volcano roll, the delicious Barbequed eel roll, Peter's legendary Boneless Chicken (all my persoanl favorites) or one of the myriad of others dishes available, you will not be disappointed with the fine quality and freshness of your food.
To the gentleman who suggested the food tastes like "dog food": you have a lot of audacity to do what you did; if your complaint was legitimate, you should have brought it to someone's attention before you you had nearly finished the entire meal; you should be ashamed of yourself; I truly hope you never do return-as a patron of Yu Raku Tei, I do not want to see you there.
