Review content:
I agree with the other reviewer - salon staff must be writing the reviews. No one who has gone to this salon seemed happy.
The stylists are very inexperienced and really cannot do any consultation. Most of and customers were complaining the hair color itched and burned their scalp the night I was there.. I was one of about 3 people there that night complaining about the product. The stylists told three (!!) customers they would "add sugar" to the product and it was "all natural product "
The other customers I talked too said their hair was noticebly dry and brittle and they felt the place was an overpriced sort of "super cuts." There was little skill and no one felt their color or cut justified the cost or difficulty in booking an appointment through the "call center."
If I pay salon prices, I would like a salon and not a factory.
Pros: Overpriced and comparable to "super cuts"
Cons: pretentious and untrained; cheap hair color products
