Review content:
what we don't like abt this clinic was they do it the way "they want it". They won't ask the parents opinion or want they want for their children. Like they found 6 cavities to my 3yr old son and the dentist decided immediately to have him crown ( crown for an 32 month old child?). Tho we told her that we want to preserve his teeth asmuch as possible and still want the conservative treatment. They kept insisting it will fall out. We told them,we'll just deal with that if it happens.
Service was so poor, tell you they will call u back abt the coverage of insurance. And lastly, they told us we don't have that "good coverage" that's why our out of the pocket was $600+.
I used to work in marketing, so i know what they're upto...business as usual.k? they will charge you as much as they can,( if you're not a pro in bulling).
Then, when I found another Pediatric Dentist. The dentist listened, respect our decision,treated it conservatively. he even told us that "CROWN is not needed b'zoz its not deep.". The best part is He told us we have good dental covearge, we just paid $130 for the initial treatment and they might refund it back to us.
So Mothers, search first before entrusting your child and yourself to someone, because these drs. will be part of your child/rens'dental life.
Hope this be a lesson for future goers in this CHILDRENS DENTAL UNfun Zone.
