Businiess name:  Blue C Sushi - Bellevue Square
Review by:  Mike M.
Review content:
Good: Hipness and the cool projector showing the aerial photos of Japan cities. Bad: I know they try to be hip and doing the whole fusion Japanese but they totally missed the whole idea of kaiten sushi (rotating sushi). It was suppose to be an economical alternative of regular sushi bar. But this place is Expensive. Starting with $1.50 plate and all you can get is like Edamame or Egg sushi. Typical dishes are all at the $3.00 mark. Not like the quality is that much better and dishes aren't being picked off fast enough so lots of them are just being rotating and rotating for a long time. Improvements: Provide values that are different from just kaiten sushi. If I want kaiten sushi I will go to sushiland which isn't too far away for half of the price. Why not do different kinds of rolls? or be totally hip about the type of sushi?. Other: I don't know how long this place will stay open in Bellevue, high cost rent + tough economical times and over priced sushi. They charge $1.50 for green tea!.
