Businiess name:  At Home Apartments
Review by:  Sarah S.
Review content:
At home apartments staff have been rude to me, lied to me, failed to respond to my calls, and quoted incorrect rental law to me. It takes weeks to get attention from maintenance. Maintenance doesn't actually fix any problems. I've had to have city inspectors come out to try to help me with issues. One inspector actually told me that they get a D- for upkeep and he wouldn't live in my apartment. He said I should move. Everything is broken; thermometer, smoke detector, burnt out bulbs, cracked floors, cabinets and drawers won't close, paint is chipping. My apartment wasn't cleaned when I moved in. The water doesn't work most of the time. The heat is erratic. It was 64/65 degrees in my apartment for three weeks and I was rudely told there was nothing they could do and I should stop calling. The neighborhood is horrible. I've had to call the police with noise complaints. There is no parking. The washing machines are expensive and often broken for weeks. The worst part is that the office staff doesn't care and is terribly rude. I am absolutely shocked. Not only will I never deal with At Home Apartments again after my lease is up, I intend to move away from St. Paul entirely. What a horrible experience.
