Review content:
Was towed February 2nd from a lot without appropriate signage and they cracked front bumper. Met with GM (Al) and owner as well as security company where they dismissed it, offering to pay half of the tow and none of the damage.
After two weeks of going back and forth they finally agreed to pay the full tow cost but never followed up or refunded. They also still refuse to pay for damages without going to court over it citing that "if I didn't notice the damage before leaving the lot it's not their responsibility". Their lot is not well lit in the evening, and a cracked black front bumper at night is difficult to see. On their tow slip when picked up the vehicle had "no obvious damage".
Furthermore, they only accept cash despite having obvious signage that they accept credit cards. As a company that does towing for the city I would hope they would conduct more ethical business than that.
I have filed this with the BBB, Attorney general and FTC. If you've had a similar experience I recommend you do the same!
