Called to get an appointment with Dr. Morgan, was given an appointment with Karen Anderson. They were suppposed to request my records from another doctor DAYS prior to my appointment so I could obtain my medication (I live over an hour away). When I got there, I was left waiting for 45 minutes, my records were not there for support of my diagnosis, and Karen was more concerned about asking about my choice of birth control than she was about the conditions I came to see her about! (By the way, I did not come to her for birth control/family planning.) She seemed to be rather impatient and uncompassionate that she had plenty of time to get my records and did not do so. She requested that I do a sleep clinic (read prior rating on sleep appt with Dr. Morgan) and promised that she would make sure it was 1) covered under my insurance and 2) closer to home. However, I received a notification in the mail for the same sleep clinic in Statesboro uncovered under my insurance!
