This was the worst experience! The average wait time was 1 hour for an appointment! That is not fun with a 7 month old. My son recently had an infection in his leg and we waited for one hour and a half. Then it took them 4 days to give the results. I explained he was still infected and I asked if we could come in tomorrow because we were leaving town. They said they could not guarantee seeing me at my appointment time and their average wait time was 1 hour. They recommended I either take him to the emergency or he could die! I can;t beleive the LACK of customer service. I thought if your child is sick they would take you right away. Instead I have to take my son to the ER!
