Review content:
The windows looked great and the sales people were nice but took a very long time. They did their best to sell to my wife and I; however 23,000.00 to replace windows in a small 2 bedroom house seems to me a ridiculous offer. After saying no way to their price it dropped down to 20,000.00 but I was still choking on the high dollar amount. I thought to myself "who do I know that has a separate loan lasting several years to pay for windows, is this a scam"?
My question is this: Is penguin the only company who makes this standard of window? Do they truly have no competition? Is there another company who makes a comparable product? I am currently researching and hope to find other companies that have highly efficient windows that I could install myself if I so choose.
