I went in to purchase Atomic ski boots. I'm a female in her 20's, quite comfortable buying ski boots and what I like.
As I had my foot measured a sales person walked by, looked at my feet (size 9) and said, "you don't need skis, you have blades as it is". I stood there in shock. The two other sales men laughed. Taken aback I stated, "well I am 5'9" ", in a mocking tone a middle aged sales man proceeded to question me asking "5'9"? not 5.9.5"??
To say the least my experience there was horrible. I was harrased through my whole fitting to the point where I simply gave the boots back and walked out.
It felt like a locker room and I was the butt of their jokes - a first time customer.
I intend on calling the managment today. I will never enter this store again.
