Review content:
Clean, consistent taxis. Unfortunately, many of the drivers' courtesy level depends on the fare and method of payment. Surly and even semi-hostile service is not unusual when the fare is local (Reston, for example) and you pay with credit card. Very unpleasant after a grueling business trip. Great argument for more competition.
