I made an appointment with the emailing list discount and the lady on the other line never mentioned that I had to bring in a print out. Had my massage, then got charged full price ($100) for a massage! The lady at the front desk would not even look at me! She told me no exceptions (although she told me she knew I was on the mailing list) she still wouldnt allow it. I used to buy all my makeup, get my hair done there, and this is how they repaid me! Needless to say, I will never be back!! So rude
