When I visit Chicago and have time, I make it a point to take the train out to Lagrange to this camera shop. It's a family owned business and they often have some good used lenses at decent prices. The owner also caters to some local pros and well-heeled amateurs so has pro level lenses and bodies in stock. The knowledge level here is worlds better than the big box stores I've been to and they're priced the same and sometimes a bit lower here. It's worth a stop here when shopping for gear!
