I went in to get my shoulder length straight hair cut and inch or two. Sounds easy....not for this salon. When I was done I had a ton of choppy layers around the crown of my head. I had asked for it to be all one length!!! The stylist next to us saw the haircut and turned to me and said "I just can't let you leave looking like that."
