Review content:
We recently bought a condo and one of our sinks was slowly dripping. A guy from this company was sent by the builder to fix it. He found that it needed a replacement part, so he ordered it, then removed a washer from the sink to slow the flow in the meantime. This would have been okay, except that someone else was sent to replce the part later and couldn't figure out why it was slow-flowing.
After I told him what had happened, he had to order another part to fix it and thus had to return again a couple weeks later. All in all, it took over a month for this to be resolved.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt though as the first plumber is no longer with the company and the second was simply trying to to tie up loose ends.
Both plumbers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day.
