Don't bother making the appointment. I dealt with these guys when they were Statewide Windows. That's right folks, they had so much bad press and lawsuits that they changed their name.
From my personal experience, I am thrilled that I didn't buy from them. We sat through the sales pitch for 4 hours, according the the rep,every seal in our windows was in need of replacement and half the windows were 'custom size'. A local company checked and they were all standard size and the seals were fine.
