I bought a swing that didn't work and they gave me a bit of a hard time about returning it. I live out of town so the whole thing was a HUGE pain. I had been very careful to make sure it was tested and checked their return policy (14 days) before buying. It just didn't seem like their stuff had been checked over carefully and was certainly not as high-quality as Mother and Child in Nashua but the prices were about the same. I certainly wouldn't buy any big-ticket items there again, ok for clothes though
