I read all the bad reviews and decided to call anyways...shame on me. They talk like a carny would. Just $59 and if you pop the blue balloon you could get a house in the good side of Cabot and if you pop the pink balloon I can get you a run down place in Jacksonville. Gee thanks. I'm a working college student 59 bucks is a weeks worth of eating!! When I was even starting to sound hesitant he started spewing about how the operation worked and what a great deal I was getting and so on and so on. It was just plain annoying and I felt like I had just called a telemarketer. I guess just like chance games some people win big but I don't like to gamble so I'm going to stick to cutting out the middle man when it comes to my renting searches and I'm really sorry to the people who actually gave rent max money.
