Review content:
Our first few years with Aloha were just fine. They did a great job
and we paid them to do it. Suddenly new people (other than the owner)
started to showing up, communication became faulty between the
workers and the owner, and our pool was eventually ruined! It will
never be the same again.
Their costumer service is poor and it's members even bring their
personal life complaints into situations involving regular duties of their
company...which they for one reason or another choose not to fulfill.
I don't know where they could possibly put all of the chemicals they
charge you for. If they put them in your pool, you wouldn't be swimming
in it! We have properties and 2 pools, so i can compare service and chemical usage from both.
ALOHA IS way off the charts...and I don't mean in a good way!!!
I just can't figure out why it took me 5 years with them to leave!!!
