Businiess name:  United Tile America
Review by:  Rob W.
Review content:
I have been restoring my Boston townhouse for a number of years, and as a result, I have had interactions with most of the granite and marble tile and slab dealers in the area, including most of the stores in Watertown. United Tile America is clearly the hands down winner in service, selection and price. The store is very laid back, and you can just look around without being hassled by the high-pressure salespeople that you will find at the other Watertown tile stores. The staff, particularly Kristen, the showroom manager, is very knowledgable, and is very helpful in not only assisting in picking out the appropriate tile, but also can help with design issues. I have sent many people to the store, and would go nowhere else for tile needs. Their installation is also top-notch, and their workers are highly skilled. They have done two projects for me, and are working on a third now. United Tile also has a great, separate location with "remnants" from kitchen counter installations and the like, where one can find partial granite and marble slabs that are very discounted, and are great for smaller projects. A great store!
