Staff: Good Place: Good Service: Poor What I wanted: chunky pale blonde highlighted stripes and not as chunky stripes of lowlights of 5 redbrown with a splash of 5n.this, in the front, (crown), and sides of hair. the rest of my hair I want your everage hightlight lowlight pattern, except the nape to be colored solid with 5rb,5n for added demention/contrast. Molly very sweet, she had an idea Of wanted because I brought in photos. She gave me the right shade of pale blonde and almost the right lowlight I wanted. The problem was, that the foils were1/2 in. away from scalp; also she could not get the pattern down on the side's. She tried 2x but still the same result, do to that it look like had grown out and was past do for a retouch. Pam the owner, told me she could work me in but it would not be soon. I waited, and the result was nothing close to what I wanted nor with what I went in with. What it looked like: ash black hair contrast, w/ under processed and uneven pattern highlights at the root (orange). red copper in between the rest of hair, because she used a soapcap to try to wash out the black; and blackish pale blonde at the tips. Soapcap by the way is bleach and shampoo, very old school and cheap, fast, damaging way to fix your mistake. Anyhow, my hair looked terrible, and damaged. I flew to Tx, so my ex hair colorist could fix this. He gave me a mirror to look at the sloppy job in the back between the hair. He gave me that mirror several other times. I paid for color correction $$$$! Pam never offered me my money back nor did she offer hotoil treatments of anykind. I was there 4hrs, w/ my todlder. I cried there and all the way home. By the way I have had and been blonde for 7+ years.
