I got a 8 week old golden retriever from Bobcat pets a year and a half ago. I previously thought that they were a reputable company until I realized their cheap prices for dogs reflect their irresponsible purchasing from breeders that do not breed humanely. My dog was limping at 4 months and diagnosed with hip dysplasia at 4.5 months. My veterinarian believes that my dogs ailments were caused by irresponsible breeding (inbreeding). The small amount I paid for her which was less than $400.00 also causes me to question what kind of profit they are making and who they are buying dogs from that they can sell them for so cheap. Its important to boycott pet stores like this one because they support puppy mills. If you do buy a puppy there ask questions about where they get their dogs from! Get details! Don't make the same mistake as me!
