My husband and I have lived in an apartment ran by Apple Properties and David Dankers for nearly 6 years and we have been happy with the service the entire time we've lived there.
David has been prompt in fixing large scale issues (broken windows, electrical issues, water heater breaking etc). For the smaller things we have just fixed them ourselves with the cost being taken out of our rent.
He has also been very helpful in dealing with issues involving noisy
and rude neighbors. Has never raised the rent, has never charged
us for being late with payments, and has let us know that we are good tenants.
My husband and I plan on staying in our apartment until we're ready
to buy a house - so he must be doing something right.
