Review content:
I thought potential renters might want a more recent update on Solara.
The place is no longer clean - the garages are filthy and the garbages leak disgusting water out into them. I can't even let my dog walk through, because its so bad. Which is really unfortunate, because that's the only way to get to the dog run when the building is in "lock down" (between 10pm and whenever management feels like coming in in the morning).
There is dog crap everywhere in the courtyard. Every time I complain I'm told they have taken care of the problem, but then I see more crap. We are supposed to have a doggie bag dispenser (which people count on) and I've only seen it have bags twice for about a day until it runs out.
There's no communication with the residents. We have a news letter, but it doesn't have anything really useful - like why the treadmills have been broken for months and why there's still broken glass in the gym. Why pay for a gym with no equipment? And, why pay a $25 a month pet rent if there's no help keeping the dog crap cleaned up?
Don't bother trying to call the office - they never answer and never return a message.
Don't get me wrong - the apartment is great on the inside, but once you leave you need a hazmat suit to get out of the building.
