The care my daughter has received from the doctors at Suburban Pediatrics has been wonderful. We've seen several doctors and all have been good. We saw one of the nurses one time when my daughter was sick and cried all night. She kept grabbing at her ears and there were some ear infections going around in the daycare she attends. So I just assumed she was having her first ear infection. First of all, we scheduled this visit the morning of as a sick appointment. They told us to come in at 9. We waited around for over an hour for anyone to see us. Meanwhile the front staff was rude to us. When I first arrived one girl saw me standing at the glass and took her time coming over. She even sat down right in front of me and took a couple sips of water before sliding open the glass. In fact, almost every time I've been there the front staff has been rude to me. The first time I took my daughter she was 6 days old. They had me wait at the glass for 15 minutes. They have some policy that if you are more than 10 or 15 minutes late they will reschedule your appointment. They told me I was 15 minutes late (the amount of time I had been standing there waiting for them) and I would have to reschedule. Keep in mind I was standing there with my six day old baby. Back to my sick visit....When the nurse practitioner finally saw us she seemed annoyed that my daughter was crying and it was difficult to look in her ears. She said she didn't have an ear infection and acted like I was wasting her time. That's all I have to say. The doctors are worth putting up with the rude behavior of the front staff and 1 nurse prac.
