Review content:
I worked for Rent-max for a long time and can tell you that some of those
houses are made up that are in the paper to get you in the door. I know
because I wrote a lot of them. But some of the ones that are not made up are extremely overpriced and not worth your time anyway. But if you go in there and be honest and tell them what you can afford then they can get you what you need. Do not go in there saying I want to live in the Pines Rd area and all I can afford to pay is $200. Well then they think your stupid and you deserve to
have your money taken. And they have no choice but to give you your money back if you call everyday like they ask. You can call give your acct # and as soon as they say do you have a pen? Just hang up because it is then logged in that computer that you called and they accessed your homes for that day. There is always 2 ways to skin a cat.........
