I had a really great experience with Jakobson Properties. I live in one of their bldgs on the upper west side. There is no better building to live in NYC for the price. The apartments are small, but it’s NYC after all...normal neighbors. I am just steps from Central Park on one side, and tons of cute shops and restaurants (Columbus and Amsterdam) on the other. I feel really safe with a doorman and it’s on a quiet street. Also, I’ve never had a problem with a late charge. To my understanding there is a small grace period.
